Tuscany Meadows Park was comprehensively renovated to meet the evolving recreational needs of a rapidly growing suburban community. The redesigned park is organized into four distinct “play rooms,” each supporting different types of activity and encouraging multigenerational use. Key amenities include a multisport court, outdoor fitness equipment, a baseball backstop, and dedicated zones for sensory play.
Accessibility and inclusion were central to the design approach. The park incorporates features that support children on the autism spectrum, older adults, and community members with diverse abilities, creating an environment where all visitors feel welcome and comfortable. Expanded shade structures and gathering areas enhance year-round usability and reinforce the park’s role as a neighborhood destination.
Originally constructed in 2007, the park’s transformation reimagines the site as a vibrant and inclusive community asset aligned with modern recreation trends and accessibility standards.
