Rogers Settlement Park is an eleven-acre neighborhood park shaped through close coordination with the City of Frisco and multiple agencies. Two half mile trail legs extend the regional hike and bike master plan along wide transmission easements that required significant technical review. The northern leg crosses a flood plain and passes beneath a BNSF rail overpass, prompting focused work on easements, railroad coordination, and water resource engineering. The main park site includes a regional trailhead, a universally accessible playground, a bike training track, three custom shade structures, and a dog park set within restored blackland prairie. Predesign services included geotechnical analysis, full surveying, a replat, and detailed tree inventory work.
