LANDARC studio is a landscape architecture and urban design practice based in Frisco, Texas. We believe meaningful design elevates the human experience — creating vibrant communities and memorable environments that are authentic to their place and built to last.

Our approach

Our work is land-based. We start with terrain, hydrology, and ecology, and use the landscape as the primary framework that organizes a project — from district-scale developments to intimate public spaces. The result is highly experiential places that shape identity, elevate daily life, and unlock long-term value.

How we work

Delivery is structured, proactive, and transparent. Clear work plans, regular coordination, early identification of risk, and continuous engagement let us hold design intent all the way through construction.

Sustainability & resilience

We treat sustainability and resilience as integral to good design, not an overlay — climate-responsive layouts, native and adaptive planting, water-sensitive design and stormwater management, durable low-maintenance materials, and a continual eye toward reducing embodied carbon.
