Lexington Park is a newly constructed seven-acre neighborhood park located within a master-planned community in northeast Frisco. The park balances structured recreation with opportunities for open-ended exploration through a dynamic water play feature, universally accessible playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, and a signature custom play structure. A resilient landscape strategy introduces more than 130 new trees along with a diverse palette of native, low-water plantings that improve shade, comfort, and long-term sustainability while reducing maintenance demands. The park also functions as green infrastructure, incorporating low-impact development strategies that capture, filter, and convey stormwater naturally through the site. Looping trails connect the park’s amenities and encourage walking and exploration, while a new basketball court and open lawn areas support active recreation. Together, these elements create a cohesive neighborhood park that offers a balance of active and passive experiences for residents of all ages.
